Absolute coordinate system
- In the absolute coordinate system all points are measured from the original (0, 0). They are suited to situation where you know the exact X and Y location of the point you want to place.
- To enter an absolute coordinate use the formal X, Y where:
- X is the distance and direction along the horizontal axis from the origin (0, 0). Y is the distance and direction along the vertical axis from the origin (0, 0).
